Our “One-Year Limited Warranty” guarantees US+U products, sold through one of our Authorized Retailers or UsPlusU.com. We warrant these retailed products to be free of defective materials and workmanship that might result in failure during normal usage. (This warranty is extended only to the original retail purchaser, beginning at the time of retail purchase.) This limited warranty does not cover acts of nature, misuse, damage incurred in shipping, any unauthorized modifications or manipulations. US+U will not be liable for any damages and/or injury arising from use of products, be them indirect, incidental, or punitive. This Limited Warranty is the only remedy offered and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied by US+U or any of its retail affiliates.
All returns must include a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number supported by your original Retail Receipt; you can obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number by contacting Customer Support at either 877-775-0660, or via email at CustSvc@UsPlusU.com. All returns must be shipped to US+U pre-paid. US+U will, at its discretion, replace the defective product; shipping and handling fees may apply.
Products purchased directly from the US+U Website offer a 30 day refund based on your original method of payment. A 20% restocking fee applies to all merchandise purchased from US+U directly. All products must be packed in their original packaging with an original receipt, including any and all accessories or documentation. All other refunds are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased.
